NOII - Community Teach-In: Confronting Islamophobia

No One Is Illegal-Ottawa is happy to invite you to join us for our first evening of community teach-in, to learn, unlearn and share experiences on being a Muslim and a Black Muslim today in Canada and understand the root of the systematic target of the Muslim community and how to navigate between the intersection of different oppressed identities.
We will have three amazing speakers and community organizers Ottawa based : Raysso Aden, Samiha Rayeda and Rana Hamadeh who will bring their insights on how is it to be a black muslim and a muslim today in the context of Canada at the rise of fascism and hateful attacks against this community.

Refreshment will be provided by The Institute of Feminist Studies.
